Formulate alternative solutions (question: what options can you think of that might solve or diminish the problem?)
Select the preferred solution (question: which option is most appealing to you?)
Strengthen the commitment to the preferred solution (question: when are you going to do this and what will be your first step?)
Remember - change is constant
Remember - small changes result in bigger changes
Remember - you can't change the past, so concentrate on the future
Remember - solutions to every problem exist
