Objective/Exam
HEENT: Conjunctiva normal. Auditory canals and TM's normal. Nares ***mucopurulent rhinorrhea on L side/mucopurulent rhinorrhea on R side/mucopurulent rhinorrhea on both sides/no mucopurulent rhinorrhea***, tenderness on palpation over ***R maxillary sinus/L maxillary sinus/both maxillary sinuses/ethmoid sinuses/R frontal sinus/L frontal sinus/both frontal sinuses/none of the sinuses***. Oral exam without lesions, posterior pharynx non-erythematous ***with purulent PND and lymphoid hypertrophy or cobblestoning/without purulent PND*** NECK: Supple, shotty adenopathy anteriorly; no posterior nodes palpable. LUNGS: Clear to auscultation without wheezes, rales, or rhonchi. Good excursions. No dullness on percussion. CARDIOVASCULAR: RRR with normal S1, S2 without murmur, gallop, or rub. ABDOMEN: Soft, non-tender, without hepatosplenomegaly SKIN: No rash present
