TWO BASINS - ONE WITH HOT WATER (NOT SO HOT IT WILL BURN YOU), ONE WITH COLD WATER (WITH ICE CUBES)
START WITH COLD - FOOT IN THERE FOR 1 MINUTE
WARM WATER FOR 1 MINUTE
COLD WATER FOR 1 MINUTE
WARM WATER FOR 1 MINUTE
COLD WATER FOR 1 MINUTE
MAY REPEAT THIS THROUGHOUT THE DAY AS NEEDED
A.Warm water bath for 10 minutes
B.Cycle warm and cold baths for 4 repetitions1.Cold water bath for 1 minute
2.Warm Water bath for 4 minutes
