cliniborg set viewer

categories: json   javascript
This expands the cliniborg JSON set into table form for easier viewing.
The two columns separated by a colon are JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) format. If you enter data here manually you should only change the items in the second column. An alternative (and more exciting) use of this JSON input box is to get the output directly from your Electronic Health Record (EHR). Most (all?) EHRs have a templating capability which will allow you to make output that you can paste into the box below. This speeds things up and imparts less transcription error risk.
The ultimate plan for the JSON cliniborg set is to help create accurate and powerful primary care visit notes.
The output below exists only on your computer and is not transmitted over the internet. You can copy it along with the JSON data from today so you've got a record of what you did and you can recreate it next time you see the patient.
Submit the form by either pressing enter or clicking the 'Try it' button. It should then show up in table form below.
