This has calculators for basal metabolic rate, body mass index, and cardiac risk estimates. It can generate usable output for lifestyle change that a patient can use after the visit. There is a legend with more detail below.

An alternative (and more exciting) use of this JSON input box is to get the output directly from your Electronic Health Record (EHR). Most (all?)
