The Social Deprivation Index (SDI) is a composite measure of seven demographic characteristics used to used to quantify the socio-economic variation in health outcomes. It was developed by The Robert Graham Center.
This page uses their 2015-2019 data. You can enter a 5-digit ZIP code and you will get the SDI decile. The ‘zero’ decile indicates that data was not available. Valid deciles are therefore from 1 to 10. Lower deciles are more favorable. The 10th decile indicates the most negative impact on health outcomes.
